Start with age and symptoms. A single failed part, such as an element or a valve, can often be repaired. Water pooling under the tank usually means the tank itself has failed and the heater needs replacing. Why does my drain keep clogging? Grease, hair, wipes and tree roots are common causes. If the same drain clogs again and again, the pipe itself may be damaged or sagging. Do you handle sewer line problems and backups? Yes. We detect leaks in sewer and water lines, then repair or replace the problem sections. What should I do if a pipe bursts or I have a major leak? Shut off the main water valve right away, then open a low faucet to relieve pressure. Why does my sump pump run constantly, or not at all? A pump that runs nonstop often has a stuck float switch, a failed check valve, or a lot of groundwater coming in.
